property of the Execution Debtors on the conditions which may be inspected at 2241 Rasmeni Nkopi, Protea North,
prior to the sale.
Certain: Erf 958, Jabavu Central Western Township, Registration Division I.Q, Province of Gauteng, being Stand 958,
Central Western Jabavu, Soweto, measuring 280 (two hundred and eighty) square metres, held under Deed of Transfer No.
T498/09.
The following information is furnished re the improvements, though in this respect nothing is guaranteed and no warranties
are given in respect thereof. It is the buyers’ responsibility to verify what is contained herein.
