suit, a sale without reserve will be held at 105 Commissioner Street, Kempton Park, on 14 August 2014 at 11h00, of
the undermentioned property of the Execution Debtors, on the conditions which may be inspected at the Sheriff’s Office,
105 Commissioner Street, Kempton Park, prior to the sale.
Certain: Erf 1272, Klipfontein View Ext 3 Township, Registration Division I.R., Province of Gauteng, being 1272 Maputo
Street, Klipfontein View Ext 3, measuring 329 (three hundred and twenty-nine) square metres, held under Deed of Transfer No.
T90243/2008.

are given in respect thereof. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify what is contained herein.
