High Court, Boksburg, 182 Leeuwpoort Street, Boksburg, on 20 June 2014 at 11h15.
Full conditions of sale can be inspected at the office of the above Sheriff and will be read out by the Sheriff prior to the sale
in execution.

630 (six hundred and thirty) square metres, held by Deed of Transfer No. T29423/07.

registration conditions. All other conditions of sale imposed by the Sheriff in terms of relevant legislation. The Sheriff or his
Deputy will conduct the sale (auction). Advertising costs at current publication tariffs and sale costs according to Court Rules
will apply.
