This is a sale in execution pursuant to a judgment obtained in the above Honourable Court 16 July 2014 in terms of which the following property will be sold in execution by the Sheriff of the High Court, Westonaria, at 50 Edwards Avenue, Westonaria, on the 12 December 2014 at 10h00, to the highest bidder without reserve:
Certain: Erf 586, Westonaria, Registration Division I.Q., situated 2682 Tshepe Street, Simunye, Westonaria, area 1 180 square metres. Zoned: Residential. Held under Deed of Transfer No. T20331/2010. Improvements (The nature, extent, condition and existence of the improvements are not guaranteed): 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, TV room, dining-room, kitchen, 2 servant’s rooms and 1 outside toilet. The purchaser shall in addition to the Sheriff’s commission, which is 6% (six percent) on the proceeds of the sale up to a price of R30 000,00 (thirty thousand rand) and thereafter 3,5% (three comma five percent) up to a maximum fee of R9 655,00 plus VAT thereon, pay a deposit of 10% of the purchase price in cash or bank-guaranteed cheque or EFT into the Sheriff’s trust
account immediately upon closing of the bid and the balance against transfer which shall be secured by a bank or building society guarantee in a form acceptable to Plaintiff’s conveyancers, which guarantee shall be delivered by the Purchaser to the Sheriff within twenty one (21) days from the date of the sale and shall provide for the payment of the full balance and any such interest payable as provided for hereunder. The Rules of this auction are available 24 hours before the auction at the office of the Sheriff, Westonaria, at 50 Edwards Avenue, Westonaria. The Sheriff, Westonaria, will conduct the sale.
