This is a sale in execution pursuant to a judgment obtained in the above Honourable Court dated the 15 March 2011, in terms of which the following property will be sold in execution on Friday, 12 December 2014 at 10h00, at 50 Edwards Avenue, Westonaria, to the highest bidder without reserve:
Certain: Erf 975, Lawley Extension 1 Township, Registration Division IQ, Province of Gauteng, held under and by virtue of Deed of Transfer No. T55612/2008.

Improvements: The following information is furnished, but not guaranteed: Main building: 2 Bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, kitchen, w.c. & shower. (The nature, extent, condition and existence of the improvements are not guaranteed). The Purchaser shall in addition to the Sheriff’s commission, which is 6% (six percent) on the proceeds of the sale up to a
price of R30 000,00 (thirty thousand rand) and thereafter 3,5% (three comma five percent) up to a maximum fee of R9 655,00 (nine thousand six hundred and fifty five rand) plus VAT thereon, and a minimum of R485,00 plus VAT, pay a deposit of 10% of the purchase price in cash or bank guarantee cheque or EFT into the Sheriff’s trust account immediately upon closing of the bid and the balance against transfer which shall be secured by a Bank or Building Society guarantee in a form acceptable to Plaintiff’s conveyancers, which guarantee shall be delivered by the Purchaser to the Sheriff within (21) days from the date of the sale and shall provide for the payment of the full balance and any such interest payable as provided for hereunder. The Rules of this Auction are available 24 hours before the auction at the office of the Sheriff Westonaria at 50 Edwards Avenue, Westonaria. The Sheriff Westonaria, will conduct the sale. Registration as a buyer is a pre-requisite subject to conditions, inter alia:
